Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us and the information created when you take part in a league:

• Account details, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and language.
• Player details, such as jersey name, teams, registrations, and the waivers you sign, including a parent or guardian's details for minors.
• Payment records, such as amounts, dates, and receipts. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
• Messages between you and league staff, by email, text message, or in the app.
• Device and usage data, such as browser type, IP address, and the cookies that keep you signed in.

We use your information to run your leagues: registrations, rosters, schedules, standings, waivers, payments, and messages about them. We also use it to keep accounts secure, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you opt in, Northwest Sports Officials sends text messages to the mobile number you provide about games, schedule changes and cancellations, registrations, waiver and payment reminders, and league updates. League staff may also reply to texts you send.

• Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registration or purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party.

We share information only as needed to run your leagues:

• With Northwest Sports Officials's staff and officials, and with your team captains for roster and contact details.
• With service providers that host the app, process payments, and deliver email and text messages. They may use it only to provide those services.
• When required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of players, staff, and others.

Text message opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the above and are not shared with any third party.

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to run your leagues, keep required records such as signed waivers and payments, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

• Update your name, mobile number, and text message preference in your profile.
• Stop text messages by replying STOP, or by turning them off in your profile.
• Unsubscribe from league emails with the link in any email.
• Ask Northwest Sports Officials to see, correct, or delete your information. Some records, such as signed waivers and payments, may need to be kept.

Players under 18 are registered by a parent or guardian, who manages their information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's consent.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and sign-in protections such as multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your sign-in details private.

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and we'll let you know before material changes take effect.
