Terms of Service

Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity on your account. If you register a player under 18, you confirm you're their parent or legal guardian and accept these terms for them.

Northwest Sports Officials sets league fees, deadlines, capacity, and refund rules. Fees are shown before you pay. Refunds, transfers, and credits follow Northwest Sports Officials's policy for that league.

Leagues may require you to sign waivers before you play. Each waiver is a separate agreement between you and Northwest Sports Officials, and applies alongside these terms.

If you opt in, Northwest Sports Officials sends text messages about games, schedule changes and cancellations, registrations, waiver and payment reminders, and league updates. League staff may also reply to texts you send.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registration or purchase.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number. We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Don't misuse the service. That includes harassing other members, posting unlawful or harmful content, impersonating others, accessing accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfering with how the service runs.

You keep ownership of what you upload or send, such as photos, documents, and messages. You let us store, display, and share it as needed to run your leagues.

Schedules, standings, and other league information can change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, Northwest Sports Officials and Comeback Sports are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the registration involved in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and we'll let you know before material changes take effect. You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Northwest Sports Officials is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.
